I would like to say thank you to Gabion basket company for the excellent and best service we have received as Rothe plantscapers from the first day we started doing business with you. We receive top notch service from sales department and they are very professional and respond quick to any quote we request. Special thanks to Michael and William they are the best, on the 20 September 2019 my team was suppose to collect gabion basket and they failed to collected without even informing me that they have failed, and client was expecting them to be on site on the 21 September. I phoned Michael it was late around 17h00 in the afternoon and he said you know what Christopher our office is closed and we are opening on Monday BUT let me see what I can do for you. We changed calls until 20h00 at night and I was so desperate I even told Michael we can pay overtime for who ever will open for us. Late same day Michael phoned me to say Christopher will open for you at 7h00 in the morning and we wont charge you anything as long as you can keep your client happy
Honestly I was so impressed and it clearly shows commitment and dedication from Gabion basket towards my client because if they didn’t open for me I was going to loose that client. Thank you gabion basket for keeping my Client ,and we are looking forward to do more business with you.
