When I go to gabion construction sites, I often find the correct method of lacing to be a common problem.
We have thus recently made a short instruction video(Available on our Youtube channel) showing the correct manual lacing method using the Class A Galvanised or with PVC coating Binding wire, which is 2.20mm thick. You cannot buy this material from a local hardware store, so please contact us should you run out on site and require more, we sell it per kg or in rolls of 25kg.
The manual lacing is important and needs to be done correctly to offer the correct connection strength between different panels of mesh and gabion to gabion or mattress joining, this method has proven itself over the years and is simple to learn, kindly contact us should you require any further information, we look forward to hearing from you.
Please enjoy the video, our effort to ensure that your installations are easier to achieve with better results.
